Why do we use aluminum foil to pack chocolate?

For our new customers, the payment term is 40% the deposits by TT upfront, 60% the balance before shipment or against copy B/L or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

What information should I offer to get a free existing sample?

Company name Address and post code Contact person and phone number Courier account like DHL, FedEx etc. International Express Account number. Feel free to contact us if your esteemed company do not have any courier account yet. We are here to help you with.

Whether can I get some samples for quality verification before I place a formal order?

Yes, if needed, our existing sample is available for your quality verification firstly. For our regular products, we all have existiing samples ready that can be offered for you to try and quality checking. And our existing sample is free for you.

Do you have any stock product ready for retail?

Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some stock product ready for customers’ urgent demands. Feel free to contact us for more details if interested! We will send our products’ picture and size lists for your review.

What is your MOQ?

For customized products, the MOQ depends on the capacity and detailed customized demands. Normal MOQ is 500KG per specification or per SKU. For stock product, the MOQ is 1 pc.

Can my printing design artwork get protection and will not be disclosed to any third party?

Yes, our customers’ information and datas are top secret of our company. If you need, we can sign the confidentiality agreement with you.
