What shipping ways can you offer for choice?

Sea shipping, air shipping and inland transportation, inteernational Express shipping, many shipping ways are available and we will do as per your demands.

How long is the lead time?

For stock product, the lead time is about 7 days For customized product, the lead time is about 25 days, precise one is up to detailed product and quantity.

What payment term is acceptable for your company?

For our new customers, the payment term is 40% the deposits by TT upfront, 60% the balance before shipment or against copy B/L or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

What information should I offer to get a free existing sample?

Company name Address and post code Contact person and phone number Courier account like DHL, FedEx etc. International Express Account number. Feel free to contact us if your esteemed company do not have any courier account yet. We are here to help you with.

Whether can I get some samples for quality verification before I place a formal order?

Yes, if needed, our existing sample is available for your quality verification firstly. For our regular products, we all have existiing samples ready that can be offered for you to try and quality checking. And our existing sample is free for you.

Do you have any stock product ready for retail?

Yes, in addition to customized products, we also have some stock product ready for customers’ urgent demands. Feel free to contact us for more details if interested! We will send our products’ picture and size lists for your review.

What is your MOQ?

For customized products, the MOQ depends on the capacity and detailed customized demands. Normal MOQ is 500KG per specification or per SKU. For stock product, the MOQ is 1 pc.

Can my printing design artwork get protection and will not be disclosed to any third party?

Yes, our customers’ information and datas are top secret of our company. If you need, we can sign the confidentiality agreement with you.

Can you custom print on material with my logo or brand?

Yes, we can. Please feel free to release your printing design for our review. Then our competitive price will be calculated for your review. Upon the receipt of your deposits payment, our technician will make artwork proof for your confirmation. We will make cylinders according to the approved artwork proof by you.

What type printing technology do your production use?

Silk-screen printing, used for stock product with small quantity; Flexo printing, used for paper product such as greaseproof paper sheet or paper bag; Gravure printing, used for laminated film roll or laminated bag.

What information should I need to offer you for customize a product?

Specific details needed for customization is different basing on different product series. Normal basic points are specification, material, thickness or grammage, printing design, application and quantity.

What format of printing design artwork is needed for bulk production ?

AI(Adobe Illustrator) format would be better, PSD, CDR also is ok.

What parts of product can be customized as per customer’s requests?

The specification, material, color and printing etc. details can be customized as per customer’ requests and design artworks. Our sales team will give you professional guidance to you when you contact us for your orders.

Can you make customized product for me?
