Flexible Packaging Products

The flexible packaging products are widely used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and electronics market. Such as for wrapping fruit juice, milk, yoghurt, beverage, soft drink, water, honey, sauce, detergent, washer liquid, cleaning fluid, oil, cosmetic etc.

Plastic Film Products

Shrink film is suitable for a broad range of applications: tamper evident seals, Pre-forms and full body sleeve labels. PET shrink film is best to use with sharp-edged containers.

Aluminum Foil Products

Pure aluminium foil or paper baking or laminated other materials are available. Use for wrapping chocolate, cheese, butter/margarine, chewing gum, confectionery, food, dairy, ice cream, pharmaceutical, bottle neck, etc..

Production Procedure on

Step 1

Confirmation on The Production Details And Quantity

Kolysen professional sales department communcate with customers to know their requested product details and quantity.

Step 2

Project Seminar on Preparation Of Production

Relevant departments such as Printing Dept., Technology Dept., Procurement Dept, Sales Dept. and Inspection Dept. take a conference to discuss the project, which involves in discussion and coordination on production schedule, raw material preparation, color matching, production technology, performance test and quality assurance ,etc..

Step 3

Artwork Proof Making And Cylinder Etching

Kolysen designers make artwork proof according to customers’ design artwork in Ai format(or PSD, CDR etc. ) for customers’ confirmation. Upon confirmation of the order and artwork proof, the cylinders are etched accordingly.

Step 4

Printing

As long as cylinders are ready, Kolysen use the cylinders for gravure printing on the requested material.

Step 5

Lamination

After printing, Kolysen do lamination in agreed material structure and thickness.

Step 6

Heat Curing

Kolysen heat cure the laminated material for about 2-3 days.

Step 7

Bag Making

Different bag making machines are used for different bag shapes. Accompanied with the process of bag making, Kolysen do the inspection on finished bags one by one. Only standard quality products can be packed into cartons, while those inferior quality bags will be discarded.
