Base material BOPP is the most commonly used flexible packaging printing, the production technology is a typical plastic gravure process;

K coating membrane (
小山,KPA, KPET)
Printing points: because K coating film roller coating and spraying type, its thickness uniformity is not very good, the surface is not smooth, and PVDC just and more brittle than in a printing press tension and stamping pressure can't be too big, difficult to overprint, ink metastatic is poorer, when printing light screen is easy to take, with the higher hardness of roller printing.

The printing of extinction membrane can use OPP process in its smooth surface printing, but due to its extinction layer on the surface of the can't bear high temperature, the need to control the drying temperature.

Heat shrinkable film should be used when printing the drying temperature is very low, choose a thermal contraction of special ink, if it is PVC heat shrinkable film also consider solvent on solubility of the thin films.
