Q:  When can I get the price and how to get the full price?

A：If your information is sufficient, we will quote you 30-1 hour during working hours and 12 hours after work.  Price depends on bag type, size, material, thickness, printing color and quantity.  Your inquiry is welcome. 

Q:  May I get a sample to check your product quality?

A: Of course you can. We can provide your samples we have made before for free for your reference, as long as shipping cost needed.

Q:  As for artwork design,what kind of format is available for you?

A: AI, PDF, EPS, TIF, PSD,high resolution JPG. If you still haven't artwork, we can offer blank template for you to make design on it.

Q:  What about the delivery time for mass production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, production time is within 10-15days.

Q:  What are your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient for you.

Q:  How do you ship the products?
